The HVOF thermal spray process uses the high pressure (8-10bar)
combustion of gases, such as propane, propylene, hydrogen, or a
liquid fuel such as kerosene.
The process creates a very high velocity >1200m/s
Propel the particles at near supersonic speeds ~800-1000m/s
High impact force results in Bond strength >12000PSI
